Remember when ordering the price is per shell... you need 2 shells to make a macaron. This order of 60 shells makes 30 complete macarons. Your order must be placed by Tuesday night to be picked up between Friday-Sunday of that same week. If you place your order after Tuesday, your order will not be ready until 2 Fridays from that order.

If you want your shells to last longer, make sure to put them in an air tight container in the fridge. Not using all 60 shells? No problem. You can store in the freezer in an air tight container for a month. When taking them out open the container and let them rest spread out on a cookie sheet for a few minutes before piping.
